Google Return Policy?
The Google Store has a return policy that allows most items to be returned within 15 days from the time they are received. This applies to most items bought from the Google Store.
To initiate a return, find the item in the Order History and select Return. If unable to return an item, it might be due to passing the return period or the delivery carrier hasn’t been dispatched yet. In such cases, the order can be cancelled or changed. If the purchase was made from an approved third-party retailer, contact the retailer for the return.
Before shipping the return, ensure to transfer, back up, or erase all data on the item and then reset it to factory settings. The return package should include the box the purchase came in, the item or accessory, and other accessories, documentation, and anything else that came with the item.
For the return, a return code is needed. This code is received in the confirmation email after submitting the return request. The return package can be brought to a FedEx supported drop-off location along with the confirmation email with the return code. The clerk will print the shipping label and ship the item.
After the return product is inspected, a refund can take about 1–14 business days. If eligible for replacement, a replacement item will be shipped after the item is received and inspected. Note that a promotional code cannot be reused after an item is returned.
For purchases made from November 16, 2023, through December 31, 2023, the return can be initiated through January 15, 2024. If the standard return policy for the purchase offers a date past January 15, 2024, the later return end date will be received.
Certain exceptions apply to this policy. For instance, AT&T phones can be returned 14 days after receipt, Verizon phones can be returned 30 days after receipt, and SIM cards are non-returnable. Devices bought on Fi Store or Fitbit.com are subject to separate policies.
This information is based on the Google Store's return policy and process. It is recommended to check the specific details on the Google Store's official website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
